M and R farm has been in the family for close to a hundred year. Up till recently it all that had ever been raised there where cattle and a few horses. Upon the death of Mike Medlin, the land changed ownership inside the family and the cattle where removed. Goats and donkeys where brought in shortly after. The Farm had been over grazed for far too many years. The Fences where in dire need of repair and Brush was out of control. One of the purposes of this web site is to document what we try to turn this place from a poor grazing environment to a healthy one.
