Due to years of overgrazing and brush there was little to no grass present. This presented us with the opportunity to select from the current varieties that are available now on the market. We have planted Bluestem and bermuda and are looking for a good cool season perennial. |

The Bluestem variety we chose is WW-B Dahl Old World Bluestem. It is a bunch grass that requires only 14" of rainfall. |
